Phase 1: Assessment and Analysis
Every new client starts with an in-depth Assessment Session. During this time, we perform various tests to establish your athletic baseline and capabilities. This typically includes:
A detailed assessment of your fundamental movement patterns in the gym.
Advanced Strength Profiling to identify capacity and force production gaps.
Optional, but highly recommended, Acceleration and Kinematic Analysis to precisely measure your speed mechanics (on the track/field).
This data is the blueprint for your progress, ensuring our training is focused exactly where you need it most.
Phase 2: Program Structure and Support
Following the assessment, we offer flexible pathways designed for maximum commitment and results:
Block Coaching (Recommended)
The most effective approach is our structured 6 or 12-week performance blocks. You typically pay for one in-person coached session per week, but you receive a complete tailored training program to follow independently. All your programming, progress tracking, and communication are managed efficiently through the SSc Performance App. This provides continuous support and program adjustments throughout the entire block.
Session-by-Session
For immediate needs, we also offer individual sessions to directly address specific goals, fine-tune technique, or refine existing programs.
Whether you choose individual sessions or a block of them, our goal remains the same: to efficiently direct you toward your performance goals with continuous, expert oversight.

This partnership provides access to a spacious, private gym environment equipped for elite performance training. The location offers the dual advantage of high-quality facilities while being conveniently close to the centre of Winchester City.
